My biggest takeaway from Tim is how engaged he was. He was there the entire commencement. Most guest speakers leave right after they are given their award because they’re “important” and “busy”. Tim was talking with students as they went by, giving hugs, fist bumps, high fives, etc. Not just saying meaningless patitudes as students went by, like actually engaging for 15-20 seconds and connecting. He was very impressive!
