I love seeing the different ways creators present the same concepts and ideas. it keeps things fresh and helps me learn from different perspectives.
Filming this series of yoga videos was such a fun experience. It was a great way to start creating this style of content myself and explore something new.
overall the videos were good for their purpose. But i had a lot of trouble with bad wireless lav mic’s and I wasn’t in love with the way they turned out.
Ever since, I’ve had the itch to create high-production value, regularly scheduled fitness videos. it’s something I’m excited to dive into and make my own.

I’m inspired to live a long and full life by making movement a priority throughout the entire day
This is a philosophy that is deeply rooted in my family tradition. My paternal grandmother began teaching yoga and tai chi in the 1950’s and left a lasting impression on me with her physical longevity late into her 80’s. My father had me at 40 and was jumping on the trampoline with me in his 50’s, bouncing back from a quadruple bypass heart attack in his 60’s and swimming and taking long bike rides today in his 70’s.
